What are JJI-Joists
JJI-Joists were specifically designed to overcome the many well-known problems of traditional timber joists and to outperform them in the process.
They combine high grade softwood flanges with a web of oriented strand board (OSB). The flanges are specified to prevent bending and deflection and the OSB provides exceptional sheer strength – and all of this is achieved with a fraction of the weight of traditional 9” x 2” timber joists.
JJI-Joists from Kelly Timber Frame are produced on the first purpose-made I-joist production line in the UK, custom built to produce JJI-Joists to UK and Irish preferred dimensions.
